PR #2318 post-merge fix: Use less drydep fields for the alldiags test

run/GCHP/HISTORY.rc.templates/HISTORY.rc.fullchem
- Only keep the fields that are necessary for fullchem benchmarks
  in the DryDep collection.  This is similar to what is being done
  in PR #2144 (which will be merged later).
