[Nuxt] Tracking Issue: Stable Release

Description

Parent Tracking Issue: #9095

This is the tracking issue for the Stable Release of the Nuxt SDK. It includes small tasks that still need to be done before releasing the SDK for general access (GA).

Overall, the following things should work:

• running the dev mode without problems (but server-side monitoring can be limited in dev)
• building + running the project instruments client + server
