In windows
std::filesystemuseswstringnatively to represent the paths, and when a path contains unicode characters the conversion tostringmay fail and throw an exception. Usingwstringconsistently should avoid this problem.Also contains some minor build fixes when using
GGML_BACKEND_DL.
