qemu.shfor proper operation on macOS, it was discovered that QEMU can crash ELKS when not given a-accel tcg,one-insn-per-tb=onif-accel hvfisn't specificed or available. (Reproduced on macOS only).Updates config.h with formatting changes for readability.
