From the /privacy page, the Data Controller is listed as being in Germany. However business sources show it as a privaet US company: https://www.crunchbase.com/organization/mapp-digital. I have chosen to reference the country by the Data Controller address i.e. DE.
Updated org to reflect acquisition by Mapp. I do not have info if this pattern is still applicable, but kept everything as it was.

Looks like they have a strong presence in the US, but I also lean towards Germany as the country. I did not find any definite sources, but they acquired Teradata Marketing Applications (TMA) in July 2016 and foundet Mapp Digital (source: |
