AI21 just released a new model on Hugging Face that supports a 256k context window. This PR will enable testing it. Thanks @gauss5930. |

I have enabled NIAH to be performed on open-source models existing in the HuggingFace Hub. In addition, I introduce a method to insert needles more randomly and evenly in the case of Multi-needle.
