Remove slf4j-api which is a transitive dependency
This transitive dependency is excluded via configuration and needs to be explicitly declared

The dependency is overridden by downstream consumers but it feels there is no downside to tracking it in
omero-ms-core. Theslf4j-apidependency is bumped to version2.xto match the state of the OMERO stack.Also updates the README to match the current requirements
