There is nothing new in this release. This is the same as v0.15.0 and v0.16.0; I now remember that the tag confusion came from me accidentally creating a v1.0.0 version and then deleting it ... Seems that that tag is still cached out there somewhere (gosumdb?) so we might as well tag a new and higher version to get everything (cross fingers!) in order.
