This is guide for admin users for the code, currently running at https://box.goobes.in/
To create a book visit https://box.goobes.in/book/add/. Paste the OpenLibrary ID of the book into the first box and the form will auto-populate the fields from the OpenLibrary database. Review the fields and make corrections if required then click 'Save' or 'Save and add another' if you wish to enter more books.
Author's can be created from the admin section https://box.goobes.in/admin/base/author/. The existing 6.9 million authors from the OpenLibrary database have already been imported into the database, but there might be ones that are missing. In case of missing authors in the OpenLibrary database, create the Author in OpenLibrary first so that you can obtain the OL ID for the author. OL ID for authors start with 'OL' and end with 'A'.
Go to the payment fulfillment view. Here you will find orders which have not yet been shipped (fulfilled). The screen is split in two section. The top section of 'Single Boxes' are one time boxes. Click on Create Box, add the books, then if the shipment has already been sent, click on Shipped checkbox and add the tracking code. Boxes can also be created before being shipped. In which case, once they are shipped you will need to view the box in the admin. Edit the box and save the tracking code there. Also for 'Shipped at' click on 'Today' and 'Now' to add the current date and time for when the box has been shipped. Also click the 'Fulfilled' checkbox to indicate that the order has been completed.
Payments can be viewed in the admin. Status of 'Credit' indicates payments that have been successfully captured. 'Sent' indicates payments where the user has clicked pay but not completed the payment for whatever reason.
