Add experimental compile to linear solver.

Speed test on iterhybrid_predictor_corrector:
Before:
First sim: 9.70s
Second sim: 0.69s

After w. experimental compile:
First sim: 10.03s
Second sim: 0.67s

After w/o experimental compile:
First sim: 9.56s
Second sim: 0.68s
