Add Chroma as a supported memory service to Agent Development Kit. This allows developers to utilize the ephemeral and persistent versions of single node chroma to add short & long term memory.

It utilizes Chroma's document and metadata storage to enable hybrid search, using vector & document keyword search from the query to identify the most relevant events from memory.

Added unit tests to ensure different scenarios are captured and work.
