This PR makes it so that, when blocks copied from a mutator workspace are pasted, they are pasted into the mutator workspace rather than the root workspace.
Reason for Changes
Previously, mutator blocks would wind up in the main workspace, where they are invalid, and it wasn't possible to copy and paste blocks within a mutator workspace.
