This is regenerated automatically when we regenerate source code - that means when a new API is added, the entry will appear before it's actually released, but normally that will only be for a couple of days.

This will let us use the same code when generating a list of packages in the README.

Note: we may want to reorder bits of the README. I'd suggest doing that after getting this PR in.

This is great.

Maybe in a later PR, we can add the Nuget version idicator, which links to Nuget, and use the package name to link to library reference docs. Similar to what we have in google-cloud-dotnet. But definetely to be done later.
