- Upgraded Docusaurus to v3 based on the migration guide (https://docusaurus.io/docs/migration/v3)
- Upgraded GitHub workflow's node version to v18
- Removed legacy "versioned sidebar"
- Fixed markdown parsing errors (occurred due to mdx upgrade)
- Upgraded all dependencies
