What this PR does
This PR update Alertmanager module to to v0.25.1-0.20250325133853-820cb26e127a that includes a fix in DedupStage grafana/prometheus-alertmanager#102
This logic has been enabled in Alertmanager embedded to Grafana for several weeks and drastically reduced so-called "flapping" notifications.
