If you want file saving to work you will need to use the Modrinth App I made it so it will only check your Modrinth profiles and checks for the specific jar name "enderite-utility-mod-b8.1.jar" because this is the launcher I use, if you want it to search other ones send a pull request or issue with the code provided.

First you will want to download Java JDK 1.17 not the JRE version. https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#java8-windows
Second you want to click Code then Download ZIP and extract the contents.
Third click the directory navigation panel and type cmd and press enter.
Fourth type gradlew setupdecompworkspace, gradlew clean, gradlew build.
