If the information before encoding follows the format below, the first part should be included in the type

v2:User:00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

This is a breaking change in behavior and it's probably better to create an override locally for your use case or use another char for splitting the type.

We can't guarantee that other people aren't using : in IDs, e.g. User:000:000
