Module for ContentBox to generate Forms, install from the Module panel in ContentBox

Installation

Drop the 'contentbox-formbuilder' folder into your modules/contentbox/modules_user folder within your ContentBox enabled application, or install via the ContentBox Modules ForgeBox link.

Usage

Use the Form Builder menu link to go to the form builder admin section. In the form builder admin section you can create your forms and view form submissions. Add a form to a page using the form builder widget in the ContentBox CKEditor.
