DO NOT MERGE: Example homebrew formula with goreleaser

This is an example to package dns-heaven with homebrew See issue #2

For testing i used my own fork and my own homebrew tap.
I think it is the best if you copy the code and create your own homebrew tap.

My repository has the following other changes:

• uses go modules (go.mod and go.sum file)
• adds -version parameter to use in the formula test
• archive has been renamed to archives (https://goreleaser.com/deprecations/#archive)
