-- added macros Page: modulate multiple parameters at once. NB: Macros are themselves modulatable parameters.
-- added ability to assign MIDI CC control to any macro
-- revised knob UI so that when multiple mod sources are attached to a control, right-clicking the mod depth slider (orange circle in top right) opens a menu with selection and removal options
-- revised knob UI to better handle "learning" mode for easily assigning a single mod source to multiple controls: just click on a mod source (which will turn white) to enter this mode, and click and drag on knobs to assign modulation. Hit 'escape' to exit this mode.

-- NOTE: no Linux binaries yet. I suddenly can't get it to build. Investigating. If you're on Linux and should happen to find something out or it works for you, feel free to post in Issues, thank you.
