• Heartbeating:

  • Added /monitoring page & new Heartbeating feature. (See setup-heartbeating.md)

• Security improvement:

  • The setup script no longer lets you to retain the default password of 'password'. Instead it generates a default random 8-character password of 4 alpha and 4 numeric characters.

• Misc improvements:

  • Added support for a non-default user. The intvlm8r no longer needs to be installed as the 'pi' user. (See FAQs)
  • Added a "Transfer now" button to the /transfer page
  • Added new /iniview page. Shows the current content of the intvl8mr.ini file
  • intvlm8r.old now renamed, retained as intvlm8r.bak after upgrade
  • Added config for logrotate to prevent log bloat of /var/log/celery & intvlm8r logs in the user path
  • Added more tests to the setup script. Run as sudo ./setup.sh test

• Updated documentation:

  • Added new setup-heartbeating.md page
  • Added 'Can I install the intvlm8r under another user, not 'pi'?' to the FAQ page

• Bugfixes:

  • Stripped double backslash from thumb image urls

• Duplicate thumbnails show for the same image when RAW & JPG are selected in the camera - see Issue #77
• What should be the preview file from a Nikon (.NEF) RAW is currently its thumbnail
