Based on the discussion here, gridcoin-community/Gridcoin-Tasks#262.

The request is a poll refresh that is either a reminder to refresh or an automatic refresh - whatever is easier.

Current Bounty - 1,250 GRC (payable by Author upon integration into main chain).

Must claim Bounty to be paid.
