This release adds new functionality to add switches to lines and synchronous machines in case of bus-branch modelling representation. This enables the model to be used to design topology remedial action which by definition apply on switching devices. Mapping Excel file is exported with information on all elements that are added to the model.

Import of this mapping file is not supported at the moment, but it is planned.

In order to run the application and use the conversion you need to download the RDFSCGMESv3 folder and paste it in the same folder where the CimPalCGMESConverter.jar is. In case of CGMES v2.4 model modifications (adding switches) you need to have the RDFS for CGMES v2.4.
