html book with GO and KEGG analysis for MAPP paper

scripts necessary to run the analysis are saved in index.Rmd and 0*.Rmd files
scripts in 0*.Rmd files are dependent on index.Rmd
tables used in the analysis are provided in data folder
to view the book, one need to download full folder _book and open index.html in any browser
