The Updating PolarFire SoC Icicle-Kit FPGA Design and Linux Image document provides:
- FlashPro Express programming files for the FPGA fabric and eNVM
- Linux images for SD card and eMMC targets
- The required jumper configuration for the board
- Programming instructions for the eMMC and SD card
The Icicle Kit Software Developer Guide document provides:
- A board diagram highlighting features
- Out of the box boot instructions for booting Linux

The following steps can be followed to generate or renew your silver libero license at no additional cost.
- A free silver license, which supports the PolarFire SoC FPGA on an Icicle Kit, can be generated here.
- Choose a “Libero Silver 1 Year Node-lock License for Windows” or a “Libero Silver 1 Year Node-lock License for Linux" depending on your OS.
