Updates dependencies where possible since #3060
Holds back the following:
@types/express- Stick to v4, until we upgrade to Express v5@sentry/browser- Stick to v8, as v9 is a major release, it's also not working correctly on v8, so this should be investigated@swc/core- Production build failing with latest version, will investigate separatelyopenid-client- v6 is a major version change, will investigate separatelyTested
