Overview
Created Footer. Just edited layout.tsx to include the footer and added footer component in the already made file Footer.tsx.
I couldn't find Hack4Impact's Substack link at the moment so it has an empty reference. Same goes for Cookies, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. The rest of the social medias are all linked up.
Testing
Made sure all pages that are accessible have the footer.
