  1. Bump react-native-reanimated and expo in /React mobile app 

    Removes [react-native-reanimated](https://github.com/software-mansion/react-native-reanimated). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [expo](https://github.com/expo/expo/tree/HEAD/packages/expo). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `react-native-reanimated`

Updates `expo` from 30.0.1 to 46.0.14
