• Create issue template for interviews using https://github.com/hackforla/CC2/issues/5
• Reach out for volunteers to help with the interviews
• Create draft of 1st email to send out to interviewees
• Create an interview panel and set interview times
• Send out 1st email to interviewees
• Conduct interviews
• Create drafts for post interview findings
• Evaluate and finalize
• Send out email with analysis of what happened and next steps
