ER: Additional Action Items Needed for "Updating chip labels from plural to singular"

Emergent Requirement - Problem

There are two problems that need to be addressed

• Issue Update chip labels from plural to singular #4647 asked to updated the filter label chips on the "Projects" and "Projects-Check" pages so that the chip refers to singular "Technology" and singular "Tool" instead of the current plural forms. The issue does not address the "Programs" chip on the "Projects" page or the "Languages" chip on the "Projects-Check" page.
• Also, since these original issues have been written there is now a search bar on the two pages. When the search returns no results, a message pops up saying that there are no results for, for example: "Technologies: AWS", "Programs: Justice", etc. For consistency, these should be fixed also.

• Continuation: Update chips labels from plural to singular #6298 New issue created for fixing "Programs" and "Languages", using the previous issue as a template. The dependency for Separate Technologies chip into Technology and Language chips #4648 should not be released until this issue is completed.
• Update message when no results from filter selections, Projects and Projects-Check page #6299 New issue created for fixing the message under the search bar when filter selections return no results.
