What we did at the Code for Greenville Meeting 9/23/14

When does the Trolley arrive at stops? ETA to my location on route?
Where can I exit the Trolley?
Tracking the destination point and ETA
Create a Trolley Route Diagram without a Map. A diagram which is easier for daily user to read/identify
- Use Icons for Signage to represent pertinent things on the Diagram
- - EX] P = Parking, B = Bus Stop/Line, T = Trolley Stop, Other?
- ** Found a Route Diagram here. Maybe they just need better marketing for this part?
2 Trolley Run Details:
Downtown Trolley
** 6-11 pm Thursdays & Fridays
** 10 am to 11 pm Saturdays
** 1-8 pm Sundays
Heritage Green Trolley Route Hours
** 10 am to 6 pm Saturdays
** 1-6 pm Sundays
GreenLink has two Trolleys total, but do both run during the regular schedule?

Marketing Idea: Fete Magazine. Get Ideas from them. Market our application in their Magazine
Display Idea: Aggregate/Pull Local Events and Display on the Map (Date/Time/Location/Promotions?) ** Display Greenville Drive Games/Events
Pull Road Closures from the City of Greenville and display them on the Map
Display location, prices, and travel time of the Parking Garages
Could we access and display Taxi information?
What info does the City currently have in regards to the Trolley?
Can we get sponsorship for our application? ** Banner Ads? ** Events on the Map with Promotion or Sponsored listings?
Can we get our Transit information on Google Maps? ** Yes, see this: http://maps.google.com/help/maps/mapcontent/transit/participate.html
