Added support to track Jenkins metadata on HCP Packer.
Testing
Setup Jenkins on my local and created an image through Packer on the Jenkins Pipeline and pushed it to the HCP.
NOTE: Can't view the GIT vars here because the pipeline wasn't triggered via git.
