Version 1.0.1 release

Adds a linux-musl build target (and accompanying statically linked binary :-)).

Finally got that stick out of my ass and:

• Made the project buildable for windows (using mingw)
• Fixed a few bugs
• Added support for supplying simulation parameters using *.ini-files

The windows binaries supplied in this release have only been tested on Linux under wine. Please let me know if something does not work as expected, and I'll try to be more quick to fix issues from now on :-) .
