added new indoor routing example to render routes on a indoor/venue map

@iamravisingh rename the file to be generic. instead indoor-map-with-pedestrian-route-from-a-to-b/demo.* its would be indoor-map-with-route-from-a-to-b/demo.css
we will have just one example of routing. specify where the user would need to pass different modalities when ready
