Improved virtual directory support:

Apply Chris Lambacher's first set of patches:

ISAPISImpleHandler creates handler object per request. 

ISAPIThreadPoolHandler where the wsgi requests are run on worker threads from the thread pool. 

App now serves from VirtualDirectory? root by default.
