if fraction is closest to 0, then don't round to nearest fraction

ensure e.g. 'butter' doesn't match to 'peanut butter' in ingredients matches. Do this by using re, similar to units searches

potential security risk that parts of recipe (text) are marked safe --> better to mark those bits as un-safe and the rest (html wrappers) as safe, somehow.

add in try-catches for most parts of parsing (e.g. by line). If parsing fails, show a little circle div (with an 'x') next to the recipe saying ('sorry, I couldn't parse this line: __, so serving and unit conversion isn't possible for this recipe'

conversion_dicts.py should be pre-run and the data saved and read in, or at least only imported once via __init__.py, since it's a fairly intense computation
