This should address #194 — I'm honestly not sure why it wasn't a dev dependency before.

Oh! We're using InterNACHI\Modular\Console\Commands\Make\Modularize on our make commands. We'll need to either implement that on our own, or maybe I can extract modularize out into a separate package…
