This is a code repository for accompanying a review on protein modifications. Here you will find:

1. The code: When you execute the code within the R Markdown file called ptm.Rmd, the results appear beneath.
2. The R project file: this small file contains the settings for the project
3. The data directory: this dir contains the raw data for executing the code. See notes with the Rmd for more details.
