What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR updates Angular to v17 (hobbyfarm/hobbyfarm#455). Moreover, it updates/improves the theming functionality (dark/light/system) for the UI.

  • Update to Angular 17
  • Theme settings (dark/light/system)
  • Rework markdown parsing because parser now might return an async response
  • Update ngx-dynamic-hooks to v3
  • Migrate to @if template syntax
  • Testing the update on a dev server
  • Fix glossary component: Tooltips at the bottom of the screen are currenlty cut off
  • Run npm audit fix
  • Update node version to latest lts version in github workflow
  • Load guacamole-common-js via self-maintained mirrored npm package
  • Fetch guacamole-common-js npm package from @hobbyfarm-org
