Re-adding this page with a list of the current deprecations (originally added in #922 but closed) as I find myself returning again and again to it. It's very useful to track when a warning was introduced and bumped. As discussed in the old PR, whether it's useful for users or not is questionable, but it's very useful to me at least, and might be useful for someone out there (all the more so as we don't have docs versioning in place).
I've also added a table that lists the removed APIs (didn't go back in time past 2.2.0) as this table is easy to maintain, just moving the row from the table of deprecated APIs to this table, and adding the version in which the API was removed.
