This will help fix home-assistant/core#125979, which is also impacting people with consoles like WS3900, so broader impact than this PR's title suggests |

Some ecowitt indoor weather stations now come with an internal co2 sensor, this will add those to HA.
also added the battery and capacitor from the newer ws85 rain / wind sensor.
