What about to include the Openbox themes?

I used this and works very well.

If it were included by default I believe it will be good.

Yes an Openbox theme would be nice!

@natanfelles I checked out that theme, did you notice the blue for the menu is brighter blue then the theme, actually the shade isn't the same...

I used the Numix Flatstudio Openbox theme and changed it slightly to look better, at least I think better for Arc.

The blue might not be 100% but it looks a lot closer to theme color as I can tell...

Have a play and let me know...

I had installed arc-theme via APT then if the Openbox theme will be include by default my LXDE will be very happy, as like me. :D

@natanfelles which theme strange, the gtk theme or openbox?

I made a report for the gtk theme, it's to white and washed out looking, like a bad contrast color.

I think it's a very nice professional looking theme, but I keep having to play with my monitior, adjust brightness and contrast to find some nice balance. For 2 days I play and still not finding the balance, the theme needs to be adjusted, just to bright...

about the Openbox theme. But is not a negative criticize. I like it. Just points about to improve.

Currently I'm using Arc-Dark on Gnome 3.26 and is very nice. The best.

This issue is just a suggestion about to include an Openbox theme in the default package.

horst3180 is inactive for a long time now. The arc theme is now maintained in this fork:
https://github.com/NicoHood/arc-theme

Please close this issue, test the latest version of the fork and open a new issue on the fork if it still exists. Thanks.

I keep an eye on it. If @dglava or you are willing to open a PR (on the fork repo!) we can test and merge it. No need to separate the themes. However we cannot give full support, as we also try to keep this project alive and we need the community. So it would be nice if someone can help us maintain different DEs like openbox to have the arc theme in a single place.
