  • It is now allowed to override timezone auto-detection via timezone substitution variable

Allow timezone override. Dependencies update (ESPHome >= 2023.10.0)

* It is now allowed to overrided timezone autodetection via `timezone`
  substitution variable
* Dependencies have been updated to require ESPHome >= 2023.10.0,
  [fix](esphome/esphome#5499) to `sprinkler`
  component to prevent crashing on boot has been incorporated starting
  from that version
* `Winter mode` switch now has corresponding icon (snowflake)
