Description

This pull request introduces one key updates:

  1. Feature Addition - Certificate Upload:
    • Implemented user(drone operator) certificate upload functionality, storing user certificates on S3.
    • Generated presigned URLs for certificate files to facilitate secure uploads and access.

I’ve updated the profile create and update endpoints to handle user certificate uploads.
can you continue implementing the frontend for this functionality from here. @suzit-10
