Fix Create Project Issues #87

This PR includes several features and fixes to improve the project creation process and overall user experience:

  • Enable drawing and resetting of project areas in the Define AOI section
  • Add 100km validation to drawn areas
  • Implement a modal to warn users of unsaved changes when exiting project creation
  • Add refresh token to local storage for improved authentication
  • Include GFDRR logo on the landing page
  • Modify custom vector layer component for better interaction

Additional improvements:

  • Change dimension labels to km and meters where appropriate
  • Add asterisks to required fields
  • Temporarily remove publish option in create project section
  • Remove navbar until user fills out their profile

Bug fixes:

  • Hide "Add Projects" button for drone operator role
  • Close modal when navigating to projects section

This PR also includes some refactoring and code cleanup.
