This release contains all the code used by the hpi-dhc group in the TREC-PM 2018 track.
The processing and indexing of the PubMed Literatur and the extra ASCO/AACR abstracts have been done via UIMA and JCoRe, the clinical trials have been indexed with the framework code. All indexing was done into an ElasticSearch 5.4.0 instance.
