FEMC driver avaible on hpm6e, hpm67, hpm68, hpm63. All share the same IP core.

  • FEMC SDRAM driver (draft only)
  • SDRAM demo for HPM6E00EVK, simple memtest
  • Other minor fixes

Note that data cache is not enabled.
