Usage

The reproducible results are saved in run_exp.ipynb.

You can also run prepare_firsthours.ipynb to extract icu_first24hours.csv from raw csv files (save them in raw_data/).

Dataset

PIC (Paediatric Intensive Care) dataset. A large, single-center database comprising information relating to patients admitted to critical care units at the Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. You can follow the instructions to get the dataset access http://pic.nbscn.org/applyhome .
