Changes to make Github happy:

  - No longer host binaries directly in the repository. This will make the
    repository not grow so large, so not a bad thing.
  - Links now go directly to Github "releases" binaries, so please upload
    there, first.
  - Added additional links to source.
  - Removed versions that were not official releases. People who want these
    one-off versions can still checkout an older version of this repo, or
    better yet build from source.
