Follow up PR after #3428
When deploying an endpoint from the catalog using the CLI, the
nameshould be made optional.For all other cases (describe, delete, scale to zero, etc.), the name is kept required.
Since this is a breaking change, I'll make a patch release with it once merged (I don't expect anyone used it yet^^).
